should we add anything to the end of the wget cron job

wget https://mysite.com/?warm_cache=TffN5wKd8
or
wget https://mysite.com/?warm_cache=TffN5wKd8 /dev/null
or
wget https://mysite.com/?warm_cache=TffN5wKd8 /dev/null 2>&1

and/or wget -O
