Cron to delete / update cache?

Hello,

you are caching related posts which is fine. But if we publish hundreds of posts each month we need to get it updated also with these new posts. How to do it? I suppose that your cache is not being updated with new posts, am I right? Is there a way to use cron to delete cache for example every week?
