    Hello,

I have been using CleanTalk on a couple of websites for about a year with no issue. However, I’m now receiving errors on a new site I’m building and I can’t seem to figure it out.

When on the CleanTalk settings page, I’m receiving the following errors at the top:

Errors: 2021-09-13 15:19:10: Cron: Unknown error. Error: WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST ACTION: sfw_update__worker ERROR: Failed to connect to libertymovementradio.com port 443: Connection refused
You can get support any time here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.

I have also noticed the site has become very slow. TTFB can be upwards of 8 to 10-seconds! Please HELP!

    Hello.
    Sorry for the late response.

    1. Could you confirm that the error still persists?

    2. I tested your site with gtmetrix.com and got a TTFB result of 574ms. Could you check now what the result will be?
Aslo, the following options will reduce the load on your webserver:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —>
    • —> the option “Set Cookies” —> set “Use alternative cookies mechanism” to “On” — select “Use AJAX handler” —>
    • —> set the option “Add a CleanTalk Pixel to improve IP-detection” to “Off” —>
    • —> set the option “Use AJAX for JavaScript check” to “Off” —>
    • —> set the option “Anti-Crawler” to “Off” —>
    • —> Save Changes.`
