Hi,

does this plugin check if an image is cropped in wordpress’ image editor? I tried other plugins and they ignored the manual cropping and reverted it back to uncropped.

Just to make it clear: i mean images that are cropped in WordPress after upload.

Hello @mountbatt,

The plugin simply goes over all the existing images in your file system that are registered in WordPress. If cropping the image creates a new file (I believe it does), then RTA will regenerate the thumbnails based on the cropped images.

Feel free to give it a try on a couple of test images 🙂
