The plugin works great out of the box in Chrome (with some CSS tweaking). However, it doesn’t look quite the same in FireFox. Any suggestions as how best to make the Job Manager pages as cross-browser compatible as possible? Many Thanks!

Firefox and chrome are usually almost identical bar form styles. Perhaps consult a designer or the theme author about this – most of the styles you are seeing will be inherited from the theme.
