Cross site scripting vulnerability issue

    Hello.
    I got a notice from my webhosting provider about “Cross site scripting vulnerability” issue. I checked it and it says as below;

    It looks like has a problem with Transposh or Yop Poll plugin. Please let me know if it caused my web site and how to solve it.
