CSS added

Hello,

I want to put the cookie banner as in this page: http://www.ilusionlabs.com/

I think that to do this I have to modify the CSS.

The problem is that my page is designed with a frame around it and I can not change it.

This causes the banner to be cut by its sides.

How could I do so that the banner is placed above the frame and the banner height is lower? As in this example: http://www.ilusionlabs.com/ On the other hand, I would also like to remove the box from the Ok button and leave only the OK with its link.
I would appreciate very much if you could provide me with the code to be able to make these changes and also indicate where I have to place it. I do not know if I should put it in the Theme Options of my theme or in the CSS of the plugin.
