Hi @selina27
Hope you are doing fine!
Updates should not change any custom CSS or formulas in the form since this information is saved in the database and the updates replaces only the current files for the plugin. Could you share more info about how the CSS and formulas were customized? Also, please help us sharing the form export so that we could review the existing settings in our lab site.
Please take a look at the following doc on how to export a form:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards
Luis
Hi Luis,
I just saw another thread where it was said that you found the bug causing this issue?
Anyways there seems to have been an issue with hidden calculation fields and some parts of the form were no longer visible. (white on white, eg when ckecked radio) and I used the forminator custom colors thingy to change colors. After the update – poof , all styling gone. On a new site I have the issue that i can see custom colors in previe, i can see them in elementor but not on the site itself. everything is black there. Unfortunately, that site is not life yet.
Hi @selina27
Thank you for the form.
I couldn’t see any issue on the form when using 1.23.3 but as you said we recently found a problem on some servers that don’t have the Options -ExecCGI enabled.
Could you please try the shared solution on https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/css-style-via-plugin-appearance/#post-16675674 and see if makes any difference?
The shared form doesn’t have a calculation field either, is that the final form or is it possible to share the one that has the calculation field so we can verify it too?
Best Regards

Hi Patrick,
I tried that solution before even writing a ticket. So far I tried everything suggested in threads that were created up until yesterday. I also tried the solution with the mu-plugin but they never showed up in my dashboard no matter what i changed/did different according to guidelines.
Here you can download the export of the form with the calculation fields from the same site. On another site i have the same issue with a very basic contact form.

Hi @selina27
Thank you for the form
I imported it to my lab site using the latest version but didn’t have issues, https://patrickfreitas.net.br/form
In case the calculation is returning a problem for you can you try to switch the options from “ignore” to “null” on your calculation settings ( for all fields ) and see if makes any difference?

As you said it is also having issues with a basic contact form, wouldn’t you mind please creating a Staging https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ and sharing the form link?
Best Regards

Hello @selina27 ,
We haven’t heard from you for some time now, so it looks like you don’t require our further assistance.
Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.
Kind regards
