CSS and Javascript didn't load

Hi, great plugin!
I have a little issue, the menu is shown but it doesn’t load the javascript and CSS from the plugin.
I could make it works by copy/pasting CSS and JS code in my template files.

Any idea what can the problem be?

the website is: http://www.anaidkupuri.com and it is a custom theme (not commercial).
