CSS code after update, didn’t show on website changes

    I don’t understand what could be a problem, I try add CSS code to theme and event https://prnt.sc/1UKhE8uXjFpQ here and save its Not update on website. what could be a problem and how to fix it?

    No matter when I try use code:

    .language-switcher {
    display: none !important;
    }

    No matter when I try use this code to remove switcher its Not working no where.

    How long usually it take to update CSS code on website after I edit?

    I have to reset whole server to resolved this issue
