    I did check it on my Samsung tab 3, and all look ok, therefore I assume there is a problem with your css. http://new.nutmedia.co.uk/plugins/nm-contact-forms/ – you can find my plugin implemented in twentyfifteen which is resposive. Tested on Chrome for Android as well as native Android Browser.

    If you can let me know the link of your site, I’m more than happy to investigate.

    Sorry for repetitive posts, but I think you meant PHP errors, not the CSS. Please update to the latest version 1.1.0 and let me know if this sorted you problem.

    For anyone reading this thread/post, this plug makes very pretty, customizable, responsive forms and is really easy to use. If you want to avoid hours of technical wandering, use this plug. Get the latest versions of everything and enjoy.
