Those classes are dynamically created classes from simple tables that is used for text color. This should not be visible, it need to be wrapped by style tags on front by our logic in plugin.(you do not need to do that)
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, so can you pealse try to deactivate one by one and to see is there confilcit with some of them. If that not helps try to change theme to figure out is it related with some function from it.
If this all not help, then we will need to access to your website and to investigate what is going on.
On this forum it is nor recommended to share your website credentials, so please contact us on our support platform where you will choose Pre-purchase category and open Private ticket (nobody can see it) where you will provide us credentials for your website and also provide us table id and page link where you are using it so we can figure out what is going on.
