I’m sorry, I took it down as I could not reverse the effects and am now rebuilding without this plugin.
I would love to figure out the issue and use this, so I will install a separate WP and install this plug in on the site to recreate this problem.

After I activated your plugin, go to add a new page with a shortcode embeded, I get this:
