CSS dropping out on specific pages

My css is dropping out of primarally the PROJECT page and also the BLOG page
this is what it looks like.

if I reload the theme, it corrects,
if i clear the cache it corrects (using W3 Total Cache)

all plugins OFF

Running Elegant themes DIVI and WP 4.1.1
