CSS in Header, Script in Footer

    I would like to move the Style-Link from Footer to Header

    upPrev using wp_enqueue_style to add style link and I don’t know why is in footer.

    Inline-Script from Header to Footer.

    upPrev using wp_print_scripts.

    You can change it but for Your own risk.
