Sorry, the link doesn’t show anything… how about an actually link to the directory? With a picture, I can only make guesses.

Ok, the link seems to work now…
You need to edit the page that you inserted the [connections] shortcode on and remove all HTML from in an around the shortcode especially any code and pre tags.
After you do, things should look a whole lot better.
Hello, I currently don’t have any html on that page. This problem occurred when I put in [connections search=yes] or what ever the short code is. Then I removed it and it hasn’t changed back. I’d like to point out that I am using the cmap template.

I’m quite certain the HTML tags are there… you have to make sure you switch the post editor from the Visual tab to the Text tab otherwise you will not being able to see the HTML tags.
I have now fixed it myself, the page seems to corrupt it self when you bring in things like this “[connections image_fallback=’none’]”

You can not copy/paste from a webpage into the post editor while in the Visual tab without also pasting the underlying HTML. That is by design in WordPress, it is not a bug with Connections. If you want to copy/paste shortcodes … always do it while in the Text tab. The underlying HTML will not be pasted. That is a god practice to follow no matter what plugin shortcodes you are working with. Here’s a link to a QuickTip with a couple other pointers when working with shortcodes. And here’s a link to a relevant FAQ.
That said… glad to hear you have it sorted! Hope you’ve found the additional info useful.
