why is the gutenslider.css loaded on each page even if the gutenslider block is not used?

btw its not possible to submit the form thru your contact page

@nicmare we are looking into the css loading issue and get back to you tomorrow.

We fixed the contact form, although this forum is the preferred way of contacting us for our free users.

@nicmare we released a fix in 5.4. can you confirm the css in not loaded on posts/pages without Gutenslider?
