This plugin is only to give the possibility to replace content for mobile devices, nothing else.
I think CSS should be always and in any case minified, not only for the mobile pages.
I mean always minfied, not always minified and combined.
If you think that some stylesheets are not needed in the mobile version of some pages, you can delete them completely by deactivating the plugin that introduces them.
If you want you can install Freesoul Deactivate Plugins, https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/freesoul-deactivate-plugins/
Together with Specific Content For Mobile, it gives you the possibility to disable specific plugins on specific pages for the mobile version.

When I delete cache I see correctly the specific mobile page, but few minutes later, when I refresh the home page I just see the original one…
