If you installed the theme via FTP, please try to follow this doc: http://docs.themeisle.com/article/23-parse-error-syntax-error-on-upload-theme-plugin
Otherwise, please try to deactivate all your plugins, to check if there is any conflict with one of them.

I have the site http://techyoke.byethost18.com/ which loads fine.
Purchased domain in godaddy with http://www.techyoke.in and modified dns in godaddy to point to techyoke.byethost18.com. Could this be any issue for http://www.techyoke.in not loading properly ?
I get the below error in debugging console due to which css is not loading
