CSS Not working in Footer?

If you look at the footer on our home page we have social sharing buttons that we created with fontawesome. They look and work correct on the home page, but as soon as you go to any of the other 4,000 pages of the website, the white font color vanishes. All you see is the background color. If you inspect the code, the css is there perfectly, but the white font doesn’t appear…any idea why?
We also noticed that the entire icon is missing (3 of them including background colors) from the Neve theme on the homepage in the sections labeled “ Worry-Free Products”, “FREE Shipping!”, and “Protect Our Planet”

I guess I don’t understand why we are adding another plugin when the social icons worked just fine for the last 12 months until they vanished for no reason. Additionally, looking at the CSS, they are EXACTLY as every other website has them, where they display just fine.
Additionally, our social icons work PERFECTLY NORMALLY on the home page…but NOWHERE ELSE on the website…so we don’t need another plugin to fix this.

We know that you definitely load font awesome in your code, it’s everywhere like this:

It appears to us that your theme uses a mandatory plugin called Otter, created by you, that loads it, but it ONLY loads it on the home page and it fails to load everywhere else.
