I recommend asking at your theme’s support so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Believe me, I’ve asked this over and over. But they just send the code.
For example, I don’t know what I’m wrong here (image). I copied the code directly. For example, it works in visual editor. But it doesn’t work in Additional CSS.

What theme are you working with? Acquired from?

Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations: https://themeforest.net
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
Yes, I know this policy. This is the only place that does the job, but the “commercial product”. Thank you for your attention. I wish you healthy days.
Hey loopforever — Sorry you’re having trouble with theme support. FYI, #f0f0 is not a valid color specification. RGB hexadecimal colors must be specified with either 3 or 6 digits only. Try #f0f0f0
Thank you 🙂 Yes, I noticed it afterwards but I did not remove it as it is an example. Of course I normally define the current color specification.
