    Hi onepace,

    add the following code to your Custom CSS field, under Form Options in Optin Forms.

    If you’re using form design 01:
    #optinforms-form1{border-radius:0!important;}

    If you’re using form design 02:
    #optinforms-form2{border-radius:0!important;}

    Click Save Changes.
