CSS/Variable error

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the MailChimp widget that i’ve installed in my footer.

    When i select just the Email variable to be disabled, the widget looks perfect, however, when i select the First Name and Last Name variable the width skews and the placeholder text shows for all the 3 fields shows Email Address*FirstNameLastName and the subscribe button moves out from being next to the field to being below the fields in the middle.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for posting. It sounds like there may be some existing CSS on the site that may be creating this odd formatting. Do you happen to have a link available to a live site with this form on it? If so, could you post that here and I’d be happy to take a closer look and make any suggestions that I can!

    If you’re comfortable with CSS code, I’d recommend using something like Firebug to examine the CSS that’s in place on the code/form elements as well to see what may be causing that to happen.
