Plugin version 1.5.2.1

When opening the CSV attachment in my email, the CSV only contains the first field, the rest is completely blank. I do have a number of conditional fields based on the answer to the first question, but those fields do have responses.

Thanks for using Caldera Forms. This should not be happening. Sounds like an error is happening while building the CSV. Have you tried the submission with debug logging on (https://calderaforms.com/2016/05/wordpress-debug-logging/) ? I would recommend that to find the error.
