    I’m happily using Forminator on my website.
    But when I download submissions, the csv file is just 1kb and empty. (English, Korean languages are the same)
    Only this  text is in the downloaded file and nothing else.

    Could you help me to find what’s the problem?

    I hope you’re well today!

    This may be caused by some conflict with another plugin or some specific configuration aspect of your host but it may also be related to some issues we’ve recently discovered in Forminator itself so let me ask first:

    1. are you by any chance hosting the site with AWS or any AWS-based host (that uses AWS as their infrastructure provider)?

    2. are you using some “multi-language” plugin like e.g. WPML or similar on site?

    3. is it happening only for scheduled exports or for manually exported files as well?

    My answers are below. Thanks!

    1. No, I’m not using AWS but another hosting service.

    2. I’m currently using a multi-language plugin ‘Transpress’ but the issue occurred when I didn’t use the plugin.

    3. It’s happening for manually exported file (I haven’t tested a scheduled export yet)

    Thank you for the update.

    We have a known bug, can you please check if it is the same situation here?

    When exporting your submissions re-select the “Form” in the first field then select the correct form:

    Once done, download the file again to check if the issue is gone.
