CSV Export Files Empty

I’ve been using the free version of the form for a while and noticed that each time I try to export form entries to CSV format, the file that I download is usually empty; it shows no data. I always have to manually copy out the entries and that is a lot of work.

I thought it was because of free version, now I’ve purchased the premium but it’s still the same thing. The main reason I purchased the premium is so I can export entries in pdf and other formats. Why am I getting empty CSV files?
