Hi, I have been breaking my mind and I couldn’t solve this problem while updating products by csv files.

At the image row on the excel or google sheet, I have concatenated the fields to get the final path or image name file usig the product title.
For example domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/producttitle1.jpg or producttitle1.jpg

Using this formula: =concatenate(SUBSTITUTE(TRIM (D2), ” “, “-“),”1″,”.jpg”)

The issue comes when I try to open the URL in a new tab I get error 404 (it is exactly the same path I get from media library). As it does not open in a new tab neither get a successful import after uploading the file.

The tricky thing is that if I paste the path from media library at the row is does update the image product correctly.

I have already tried many things:
– permanent links
– use google sheets or excel
– delimiter , or ;
– copy and paste the concatenation value result on another row
– changed file and row permissions

I am getting out of my mind.

This is the weirdest thing I have ever experienced.

To get a better understanding, could you please share a sample CSV file? To share files we generally suggest using https://www.file.io/ – you can upload the file then share the URL on this thread.

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your comment.
