    When importing the example events CSV file everything appears to work correctly but after clicking import the message appears:

    Import complete!
    No events were imported or updated.

    I’ve tried this with multiple WordPress installs and other csv files.

    Hi Hank,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. I would recommend taking a look at our formatting guidelines to make sure your CSV has been formatted correctly, and this post from another user on a similar issue may be useful to you as well.
