Could you please check by keeping only WooCommerce and the AST (free) plugin active, and temporarily deactivate all other plugins to rule out any conflict?
Also, while importing the CSV, please follow these steps to check for errors:
Right-click on the page and click Inspect
- Go to the Console tab
- Start the CSV import again
- Check if any red error messages appear
If possible, please share a screenshot of the console along with the issue so we can investigate further.

no errors at all guys, all plugin are disabled except for woocommerce.

Thank you for confirming that. Since there are no console errors and all plugins are disabled except WooCommerce, could you please let us know how many entries/rows are in your CSV file?
Also, if possible, please share a sample of your CSV file (with a few rows) so we can check if the format is correct.
