CSV in Email Attachment Missing Fields

Somewhere in the update to v1.3.4.1 the CSVs being sent as email attachments upon form submission stopped including data from some fields.
I see the changelog includes this:
FIXED: Bug causing CSV export and entry viewer to not properly display multi-select checkbox fields.
After updating to 1.3.4.1, we STOPPED receiving data on multi-select checkbox fields and specific radio button and text fields that appear conditionally when a “parent” checkbox is checked in the CSV sent as an attachment to the notification email.
Reverting back to 1.3.3.1 fixes this.

For what it’s worth, exporting a CSV from the Caldera Forms admin does include this information; the CSV attachment sent in the notification email does not.
