CSV lat,long file

    With the new release is it possible to upload a CSV file of lat.Log and timestamp or will this have to be converted to GPX format?
    Leaflet-omnivore seems to indicate that a CSV file can be parsed and this prompted my question.

    Hi,

    Leaflet-omnivore’s CSV support seems to be about waypoints and not about tracks, so in the context of uploading files to Trackserver, it will not be supported.

    It might still make sense to have Trackserver display CSV files, because it will happily display any waypoints from CSV and KML as well, but I’m not sure if it is worth the effort. Please create a feature request issue on Github if you really need this.

    I meant to say ‘GPX and KML’ of course.

    I’m closing this thread; please create a feature request if you really need Trackserver to display (waypoints from) external CSV files.
