Hi @modifyedworks,
Thanks for posting here. Can you send your file to me? Then I can take a look and test it.
Thanks in advance. My address is [email protected]
Kind regards,
Jeroen Peters
Thanks for the reply.
Have mailed you
Thanks! I Will check it out as soon as I get back from work.
Hi @modifyedworks,
I see some of the records have newlines (if you open the file in WordPad or another text editor), you can see it on line 531 (definition of EBITDA). If you replace the newlines with <br> it should work.
I did this with about 33% of your file (1200 names), and that worked perfectly!
Please let me know if this works for you too 🙂
Kind regards,
Jeroen Peters
Hi,
I removed all the empty/blank lines, but still no luck 🙁
I have also mailed you the edited file, pl check. Thanks!
Hey @modifyedworks ,
I just sent you a working version 🙂
If you like the plugin and my support, would you please consider writing a review or making a small donation?
Kind regards,
Jeroen Peters
Hi,
Thanks for the effort to optimize my file. But unfortunately, its still not working. Could it be some server settings? Do you need access?
Thanks
Its definitely got to do with some server settings/php library etc.
As I tried importing the csv file on another website and it works.
Can you guide towards some missing/minimum server settings required to import a CSV?
Thanks
Hi @modifyedworks,
then it could be the server indeed. Does it state what the maximum MB’s of upload are? It should be next to the file-button.
Do you know which version of PHP you are running btw?
Kind regards,
Jeroen Peters
Hi,
Upload limit is 8Mb. That should not be an issue.
PHP version is 7.0.33
Is there a way to manually import the file? Maybe via CPANEL?
Hi @modifyedworks , that PHP version is supported by the plugin (but is out of date).
Do you have an option to switch to to another php version? There is probably Some limit in the php setting at your hostingprovider which prohibits the import at this moment.
If switching php is not an option, sql import is an option but that cannot be done with the csv. I could help with that but thats something that Goes beyond the standard plugin support
Kind regards,
Jeroen Peters
Thanks.
I would really appreciate if you can give us another method to upload our file.
CPANEL/SQL etc.
It surely will be helpful to other users in similar situation.
Many Thanks!

Thanks, for now I’ve found another solution. Will get back if needed.
Thanks again for your time!
