csv , xml products

    hello guyz, i am using WP All Import plugin for importing products from supplier’s eshop.
    Any other exports was working without a problem, even with pictures.

    But the xml file what suppliers sent me is like buggy or something, it’s no showing categories, or any other selectors. How can i solve this, can it be wrong plugin for importing, or they just have different construction of xml products and it will not be able to import in wordpress?
