CSVs not importing

    Hi,

    Visualizer has normally been a great asset for my site but recently I’ve run into a problem where no matter what CSV(s) I try to import, none of them do so successfully.

    The loading circle appears for a time but the charts do not appear in preview as previous ones have. I receive no error messages.

    I’m working with Version 3.3.2 and have tried rolling back to Version 3.3.1

    I’d be grateful for any advice you can give.

    @erikjcummins do you see any errors in your PHP error logs? (You may have to ask your system admin to find the logs for you.)

    If the problem recurs in 3.3.1 as well, it could be a conflict with some component (plugin/theme) you have installed recently. Can you please disable those and then test?

    There were no errors in my PHP error logs and I had not installed or updated any other plugins.

    However I have now been able to import the CSV I needed, potentially due to the latest update to the Visualizer plugin.
