CTA Close not working, CTA Shortcode not working either

Hi, we just purchased the premium membership ($99),
We planned to use the CTA, things working great, but we encountered some bugs:

1. The close button on CTA is not working, on all devices. (We want it to be like when people click close, then it will not show anymore)

2. Shortcode just doesn’t work, we use Elementor shortcode widget, and the shortcode you provided from CTA just doesn’t show anything at all.

3. CTA install button linked to a weird url on Android.
So when you click on install button, it has the small window popup asking to add to home screen, which is perfect. However, it also link us to the page url ending with this:

?pwaforwp-amp-install=true&non-amp=true

So bascially it now asking people to install twice, and the second time (with the screen above) if I click install, then I will have my second app icon appear on my home screen, then this one when I open, the app looks broken.

Lastly, we also want to know how can we customize the splash screen? We want to make the background color black, and hide the text (site title) at the bottom.
