CTX FEED DOES NOT UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY…

CTX FEED works, but it doesn’t update automatically. It only updates when I press the Update button. I checked the log, and it shows this error:

The rest of the Cron events work fine, the issue is with yours… and I can’t contact support because they’re asking me to purchase a license. But how am I supposed to buy a license for something that doesn’t even work in the free version?
