cubepoint error on migration

    I have beign using cubepoint, now I want to migrate my users point, but I kept on getting this error message

    No CubePoints log.

    this error appears no matter the option I selected to import(Log Entries Only, CubePoint Balance Only, and or Log Entries and Balances)

    please what should I do. I love this plugin, but I dont want to affect my users point negatively. I dont even want them to notice any change.

    Hey.

    Did you change the CubePoints table name?

    Thanks @gabriel for your response, I did not make a change in the table. If am not mistaken, are you reffering to mysql cubepoint table, if so, no change at all.

    my problem have been resolved. No techniques applied. It simly did not work on development site, but when I aplied it on product site, everything worked as expected.

    I decided to test it first on development site as I used to test every other plugin, before going up life.
