Pre sale question – Can you also create pages that show a curated selection of products from various vendor stores?

You may create such page using WooCommerce products short codes – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-16

To show products by vendor you have to add store="VENDOR USER ID HERE" attribute to this short codes.
