same error here… and when there is not this error it looks like there are no reviews, I’ve tried with different tripadvisor pages on different websites…

the only version available is still 8.4, v 9 doesn’t appear to be available!?
having same issue, i have clear cache, deactivated plugin, downgrade plugin but still no got error 28. try direct from admin.trustindex.io no review and status are still downloading… until now.
When the 9th version of the plugin will be available?

I have updated to version 9 and get this message –
Your reviews are being downloaded in the background. This should not take more than a few minutes.
I see from the above message you say it should be complete within a couple of hours but had it running for over two hours and still same!
