cURL 60 error

    Hi, When I test cache in settings it fails and gives this error:
    Errors: : cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired.
    I have had to deactivate the plugin as it causing problems with a membership plugin (when super cache turned off the problem goes away)

    I’ve been in touch with my host provider and they have asked me to ask you: “Please, check with the plugin’s developers on whether their API requires an HTTPS requests, in order to function properly and let us know.”

    Can you shed any light on what the issue may be as the host keeps telling me to contact you.
