CUrl connection wordpress 10001 milliseconds

Please, everything works almost fine.. But when customers want to choose between cryptocoin to pay with sometimes its loading long time and after 10sec i get this message: “CUrl connection wordpress 10001 milliseconds”

Please, Ive searched online on google, youtubed it, also talked with my webhotel host One.com and they are saying that they cant increase it more than 1000millisec.

They asked me if the plugin have a max stop or something, they asked for the plugins settings page but i just told them there is nothing there.

Please it seems that its not only me who have this problem. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Specially when iam outside checking my website from mobile phone. It almost works everytime when iam at home but payment plugins must always work not only 50% of the time. This is the stage were customers almost finished and want to pay it must work!

Please what is the problem, can it be fixed or must I start look for other cryptopayment plugins?
