Hi @f1mktsol,
Sorry for late reply.
Could you tell us what Feed URL you are trying to import? We’d like to check it by ourselves.
Alternatively, please check if the Feed URL is valid and you have access to the site.

The feed I was attempting is: http://1001teafacts.com/feed
The feed is valid and I do have access to the site. Any valid feed from any site I try results in the same error message. Thank you!
Hi @f1mktsol
We have checked your feed http://1001teafacts.com/feed and we can fetch the feed without a problem.
Since you’re saying:
Any valid feed from any site I try results in the same error message.
You might have firewall or restriction issue on your server. Could you please confirm this matter with your host provider?

Thanks, Eric. I checked with the host and you are right, they block external servers. Time for a new host!
Hi @f1mktsol,
Glad to hear you can find the problem.
Wishing you a good luck with the new host 🙂
