cURL error 28

I am receiving apparently randomly the following error:
“Something went wrong fetching URL with JSON-data: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes receivederror: get of json-data failed – plugin aborted: check url of json-feedproblems with JSON-structure: check basenode-param
please open ticket at ww.wp.xz.cn”

I use the JSON Content Importer Plugin on a number of sites and this message has appearedon all sites over recent time – eacvh time it is attempting to access the website https://www.planningalerts.org.au/ for data.

The site https://wccc.com.au is but one site and the ALL pages shows in the sidebar a feed; when there is an issue the page stops loading. There is also a more substantive feed at https://www.wccc.com.au/recent-das-for-weston-creek/
