    I am rebuilding my site in a new installation of WordPress, I used to use this plugin in its version for Google My Business reviews without any problem, but now in this new installation, when I want to use the version of Tripadvisor, it does not recognize the reviews of my profile.

    Sometimes it takes a long time to find my profile, and once it finds it when I click “connect” after a while it says that my profile has no reviews, however it currently has 39 reviews.

    I am using the latest version and have enabled automatic updates as suggested. I am not using -until now- any caching plugin.

    The error it shows me is:

    ERROR

    Error with wp_remote_post, error message:
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    I have version 8.4 of the plugin installed and it does not ask me for any update, it says that I have the latest version installed

    And the version of WordPress is 6.0

    There is also no 9th version on the plugin page (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/review-widgets-for-tripadvisor/) and it says that the last update was 1 month ago

    Where can I download the 9th version?

    The update has arrived, now it’s worse, now it doesn’t even connect with the profile, when I enter the Tripadvisor url the “Check” button simply doesn’t do anything

    The version of Google My Business is very good, I did not think this was so bad

    I think this is just a joke,

    Now it says the following:

    Your reviews are being downloaded in the background. This should not take more than a few minutes.
    In the meantime, you can setup your widget with a few example reviews.

    But nothing ever happens, once the configuration is finished and when placing the shortcode the same thing happens:

    ERROR
    There are no reviews on your Tripadvisor platform.
