    Hi @cchrstl

The Jetpack connection to your site looks great. Where are you seeing the error, is it in the Browser console?

Could you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?

You can create screenshots using something like [Snipboard](https://snipboard.io/) or [Imgur](https://imgur.com/) and post the link here.

Thanks for checking this out. Here is the screenshot. It is not working today, either.

Stats by Jetpack has been working on the WordPress Dashboard for years, so I’m not sure what has changed.
    Jetpack version 11.2.

    Hi @cchrstl

Thanks for sending that! I can see that your stats are being captured correctly on our end. Is there any new plugin or update you recently installed when you started to experience this? The issue seems to be related to your website being unable to load the stats on your WordPress Admin widgets.

It’s worth testing by temporarily disabling your other plugins and checking whether the widget works correctly after that, which would confirm whether this is a plugin conflict or not. You can also use your Browser’s console to check what errors it’s throwing, and attach it here. The steps for that are explained here.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have not installed any new plugins for a very long time, I only update existing plugins. Jetpack is updated regularly whenever a new version is available. I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack from WordPress.com and the problem persists. At this time I am simply removing the “Stats by Jetpack” from the WordPress Home page. Perhaps at some other time I can devote more effort to debugging.
