cURL error 28

    Hi, under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Shipping Carriers we’re getting a “cURL error 28. Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”

    The Entry field is empty, there are no shipping carriers visible. We had UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL selected.

    When we try to add carriers we get the error message in the dropdown.

    Any idea what’s happening?

    On the front-end the shipping is not available.

    We’re getting the same error message when we try to verify API.

    Hi, it’s solved. It might have been a ShipStation server problem. Not sure.

    Their support was a wild kind of useless.
