This error is due to plugin conflict. Are you getting this error in site health?
nope site health show me my site is fully healthy and working fine just issue arrive after update plugin
thinking to clean cache and reinstall plugin let you know after trying this

I hope you were able to find a fix for your issue. I’ll respond anyway in case someone else faces the same problem.
The error you’ve shared is what you’d get if you’re unable to connect to the internet at all, i.e. our base service https://api.razorpay.com is not reachable for your servers. Have you got a firewall configured on your end? Alternatively it’s also possible that you’re on an older version of TLS, which is no longer supported. Details: Link.
