    I’m able to successfully connect to my client’s shopify store, but when trying to sync, I get the error cURL error 6: could not resolve host: https

    I went through all the steps on your Common Issues page, including deactivating all plugins. After trying to sync, I get the same error.

    When I try using a short code, I get this error:

    TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.

    Any ideas as to why I’m getting this error?

    @itsjustdj Hey DJ!

    If you see this error it’s because you accidently left the https:// part in your myshopify.com domain. This error can also happen if you keep the www part as well.

    I’m working on fixing it for the next plugin update.

    Just reinstall the plugin and connect to Shopify without https:// or www in your myshopify.com domain.

    Let me know if this helps!

    I have this exact error and have made sure it says https:// and there is no www.

    I’m using the newest version of WordPress. Could this be the issue?

    I should also note that at the end of the setup wizard I just see a blank white screen. And if I try to amend any settings and save, it shows a blank white screen as well.

    Hmm ok. Just to be sure, try downgrading to the previous WordPress version if you can so we can rule that out.

    I’m assuming the blank white page is related to this other issue, and usually when that happens, it’s because the plugin’s JavaScript isn’t loading for some reason. I would try temporarily deactivating all your other plugins to ensure there isn’t a conflict happening.

    @andrewmrobbins Bam! That did it. Thank you so much.
