    This started yesterday.. seemed intermittent.. I have mode no changes to what was working.. trying to use google photos. link below the error has the photos..
    Not sure what is going on..

    A cURL error 7 occurs when the server making the API call (i.e. your host) is unable to reach the server to which the call is being made (i.e. Google). Since nothing has changed in Photonic for quite some time, I would suspect this has something to do with your hosting provider – their connection to Google is glitching.

    Solved
    freehostia.com has changed the policy on free accounts to block outgoing calls. I searched many other sites and found they are now doing the same. Only posting this in case others are finding the same thing.

    I thought I might be a Google thing and tried flickr..It was also blocked.

    one more note Google Authorized redirect URIs must now be HTTPS. used this free service https://www.sslforfree.com/
