Hello @jashez,
Please contact our internal support team.
We need more information to find the cause of this failure.
I am seeing the same behaviour since the beginning of September. The Customer selects a currency via the currency switcher, but are in fact charged the amount it would have been in the default WooCommerce Currency, but in their local currency. So a Customer buys goods for US$38.52, in PayPal they in fact pay US$57.00! The 57.00 amount is what the goods would have been in the default WooCommerce.
The order goes on hold because of the PayPal amounts not matching.
This is embarrassing and has now happened to me on every overseas purchase and I am having to refund Customers the overpaid difference. We are losing business and reputation.
Hello @fabl3,
It is difficult to say what the problem is, we need to investigate the issue in more detail.

My website is http://www.isurprise.ca
below is the communication with stripe team:
As we discussed during the call, after investigating this issue I was able to confirm that everything is right with your Stripe account, therefore I can tell you that since Woocommerce built their integration with Stripe, they’ll be best able to help you with this directly as we cannot manage these aspects of your account.
Thank you!
